Goodbye! My final blog post

I started writing Evolve Lifestyle Blog in the summertime of 2017. I didn't intend for it to be something big. I didn't want to make it a business or get sponsorships or ads or get notoriety. If you read my VERY first post, you will see that I really created this blog only as a form of self expression and creativity.

For the first year, year and a half, I was super inspired. I loved my blog. Granted, almost no one actually read it. In that first year and a half I got almost no post views. But I felt my creative juices flowing and felt like it had opened up a new form of self expression and creativity.

But the next two and a half years, this blog became a burden. I felt like I had almost nothing of interest to say, and once I started up my YouTube channel, anything cool I wanted to show or discuss, that became a better platform for me to do it. My once or twice a week posts on my blog turned into once a fortnight. The last six months of posts on this site, including this one, were written in the first half of 2020 and scheduled for the second half of the year so that I didn't even need to write anything.

I'm sad to say that this post right here, will likely be the last one I ever write on this blog. I want to thank this blog for being a source of creativity, inspiration, therapy and self expression for the last four years. I also want to thank any returning readers for supporting me and my blog. I hope that it was useful or helpful for you or at the very least, inspired you in some way.
