I'm a high school English teacher in a small coastal town which I have lived in my whole life (and wouldn't have it any other way). My favourite 'tint' is white and I love to travel. My go-to costume party attire is Harry Potter and I KILL IT on the dance floor. Coming up to 'dirty thirty' and still figuring out what I want to do with my life.

I started e/volve because the monotony and arduousness of the daily grind was getting me down. I needed some form of creative expression. I wanted to have something that made me excited about my life and an outlet for me to appreciate all the beautiful things I have in life. I have categorised my site into three categories to express some of the things I am most passionate about.

Eat- My journey to healthy eating. Being mindful of the food and drink I consume to optimise my health and wellbeing.

Grow- because I am trying to grow them muscles. My journey to fitness has been relatively new but something I want to share with others and hopefully inspire them to be active.

Live- Encapsulates all the things I love to live a fulfilling life. Travel. Quality time with family and friends. Adventures to broaden my mind.
